PSG Tech Coimbatore Admission Process
PSGCT offers admissions to a total of 63 courses at the UG and PG levels. In order to apply for PSGCT admissions, students must visit the official website of the college and fill the online application form. For PSGCT B.E/B.Tech admissions, students have to apply and appear for TNEA counselling. The candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the qualifying examinations. However, PSG College of Technology PG admission process involves appearing and securing valid marks in TANCET. After candidates are shortlisted on the basis of entrance exam marks, they will have to appear for a round of counselling.

PSGCT B.E/B.Tech courses are offered across a total of 20 specialisations. The fee structure for PSGCT B.Tech courses is Rs. 2.40 Lakhs.

PSG College of Technology Coimbatore B.Tech Admission Process
Students seeking PSGCT UG admission should apply by filling the online application form.
Applicants must then fill the TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) application form.
After the students have filled the application forms, they will be allotted random numbers.
After this, a rank will be released by TNEA of the shortlisted students on the basis of merit of the students in the qualifying exams.
These shortlisted candidates will then have to appear for both General and Supplementary Counselling conducted by Anna University.
Based on participation in TNEA counselling, document verification and fee payment, candidates will be offered admission.
PSGCT PG Admissions
A total of 36 courses are offered at PSGCT at the PG level. These courses are offered across multiple specialisations and are offered for either 2 or 3 years.

PSGCT Coimbatore PG Admissions
Students seeking PSGCT PG admissions must meet the eligibility criteria for the same.
Eligible students must apply by filling the online application form.
Students will then have to apply and appear for TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test), which is conducted by Anna University.
Candidates who clear the entrance test will be shortlisted.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a round of counselling.
During the counselling, students must choose PSG College of Technology as their first priority.
After the final round of counselling, the college releases a list of shortlisted candidates based on the marks of students and their choice of college during the counselling.
After the candidates are shortlisted, they must visit the campus for verification of documents and payment of PSGCT fees.

In MIET, 90% of students got placed, and students of the IT sector have many opportunities and offers of getting placements. Students of core branches such as civil, mechanical and electrical also got placed, but they have to compete with the students more.

PSG and VIT offer a variety of courses and are best in their respective specializations. However, VIT Vellore has better placements opportunities. They have a large number of companies that visit this college and offer great placements. VIT Vellore is one of the best engineering institutions.
VIT has a large and beautiful campus with well equipped classes and advanced facilities. The institute also has a research oriented teaching staff who are very experienced in their subjects. The institute provides choice to choose subjects in each semester which is a great feature.
The highest salary package offered in VIT Vellore is1.2 crore per annum and the average salary package offered is 8.10 LPA.
