RNT Medical College Udaipur  provides some facilities to the students and faculty including library, laboratory, lecture theatre, demo room, common room, auditorium, examination hall, hostel, canteen, guest house, sports facility etc. Detailed description on the facilities are mentioned below.

• Laboratory- The labs are provided with all modern equipment necessary for conducting experiments and practicals. All the practical exams of different semesters are also conducted inside these laboratories. All the labs also have lab technicians to guide the students while conducting practicals.

• Lecture Theatre- The college provides lecture theatres with advanced audio and visual facilities where all important meetings and lectures by eminent professors are conducted.

• Demo Room- There are 100 demo rooms provided inside the college campus.

• Common Room- A total of 2 common rooms are provided inside the campus of RNT Medical College.

• Library- The library has a collection of 29000 books, 18000 journals and 100 periodicals. The library also has a seating capacity of more than 500 people. Other facilities like printing, photocopying and scanning etc are also provided inside the library. The library is also provided with internet facilities for students and staff to search for any relevant information on the internet.

• Auditorium- The auditorium is constructed with a capacity to accommodate 1200 people. The auditorium is well equipped with audio and video facilities so that all the seminars, conferences and events can be conducted without any interruption.

• Examination Hall- All the exams of different semesters belonging to various streams are conducted inside the examination halls.

• Guest House- There is a guest house provided near the college which is well equipped with air conditioners and attached bathrooms. The guest room is also provided with all other basic facilities for comfortable stay of guests.

• Canteen- There is a canteen provided inside the college campus which serves snacks and meals at affordable rates to students and staff.

• Hostel- Separate accommodation is provided to boys and girls in different hostels. Hostels are allotted to students based on the availability of rooms. Students have to apply for getting rooms in the hostels. All the hostels also have mess facilities of their own which serves quality and hygienic food. The hostels also have a gymnasium for students to keep them physically fit.

• Sports Facility- The college provides indoor and outdoor games facilities for students including badminton, volleyball, carrom, table tennis, tennis etc. Playgrounds and courts are provided for students to practice and play different types of sports.
