Rajalakshmi School of Business (RSB) was established in 2015. RSB is a part of Rajalakshmi Institution, a premier educational institute in Chennai formed 21 years ago with excellence in professional and technical fields. RSB Chennai provides a two year full time PGDM programme. Both fresher and working executive can pursue this programme. The programme is affiliated to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD. To take admission in RSB PGDM programme students have to meet the eligibility criteria, take the national level entrance test, participate in group discussion and appear for personal interview and written ability test. Students should have minimum 50% marks in graduation. Entrance exam scores are considered to check student’s academic and analytical ability. Shortlisted students then have to appear for group discussion (GD), personal interview( PI), and written ability test (WAT).

Rajalakshmi School of Business Chennai offers two year full-time postgraduate course - Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). The course is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The course is divided into six trimesters and the duration of each trimester is four months. RSB also provides Career Enhancement Training programme (CETP) as part of the PGDM curriculum. The CETP programme includes soft-skills training, that is, group discussions and personal interviews, aptitude test training, organisational processes and communication training to enhance the communication skills, The CETP programme also conducts professional development workshop in collaboration with Sri Aurobindo Foundation for Integral Management (SAFIM), Pondicherry to improve interactive skills and confidence levels, guest lectures, industrial visits,global immersion programmes, etc. For admission in RSB PGDM programme, students have to meet the minimum eligibility criteria. RSB Chennai offers admission to postgraduate course in PGDM. PGDM is a two year full-time programme offered by RSB. Students wishing to enroll in PGDM, need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria, which is 50% aggregate marks in graduation in any stream from a recognised university. For SC/ST candidates, minimum 45% aggregate marks is required. Besides the eligibility criteria, RSB accepts the valid score of CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT. Rajalakshmi School of Business offers scholarships to meritorious students, based on their performance in academics and extra-curricular activities. Students have to apply for the scholarship at the beginning of their admission process. Students can also avail the scholarship during the tenure of their academic session at RSB. RSB offers scholarships to those students who have secured percentile or cumulative scores in between the percentile slab or cumulative score slab, fixed by the college. During the academic tenure also, students can apply for the scholarship, if they have won in sports or cultural events at state, national or international levels. The various RSB scholarships are-
Test-based Scholarship- This scholarship is provided to those candidates who have appeared for national level entrance exams like CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT/TANCET/ATMA and have a valid percentile and that valid percentile falls in between the percentile slab, fixed by the RSB Chennai. The RSB percentile slab starts from 50% and goes up to 95% and above. Similarly, scholarship amount varies in accordance with the percentile. The scholarship amount ranges from Rs 30,000- Rs 2,00,000.
Academic-based scholarship- Under this category, students who have secured cumulative scores in between the cumulative score slab fixed by the college are eligible to get the scholarship. The college cumulative score range from 230 to 285 and above. Accordingly scholarship amount varies between Rs 50,000- Rs 1,50,000.
Sports and cultural scholarship- Those students who have won at various state, national and international level are eligible to get this scholarship. The scholarship amount given on winning at state level is Rs 75,000, at national level is Rs 1,25,000 and at international level is Rs 1, 75,000.

Hello dear , both college are best ,they have their own specialty and goodness. It's depend on you in which college you prefer . Otherwise both are reputated , and good infrastructure also they have good ranked . Fees are also different like rcm Bangalore pgdm fees have 7.9 lakhs approx and rsb Chennai fees for pgdm have 6.6 lakhs approx .

Faculties are very well experienced and they also invite many visiting faculities to give knowledge to their student . Their almuni network is also very strong due to good TPOs . Moroever , the placement ratio is almost 100 percent ,the average package goes around 6 lakhs and highest went upto 7.8 lakhs
