Even if you're a repeat applicant, the application process is the same, and you must select code 02 because this is the code to use if you passed your 12th grade exam in 2019 or earlier and did not continue your education afterward. Therefore, you must select code 02 if you are currently only preparing for the neet and not enrolled in any courses.

The admission is process is same for both i. e freshers ( those appearing for neet for the first time) and repeaters ( those who have already appeared for Neet earlier)
Here's how you can get admission through neet even if you are a repeater in neet
------------------) Appear in Neet examination
To be eligible you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category. ------------------) Qualify neet examination. Qualifying cut off in neet is given below
General :- 50th Percentile
OBC:- 40th Percentile
SC :-40th Percentile
ST :- 40th percentile
To be on the safer side, out of 720 marks, target at least around 575 -625 marks for state quota mbbs seats and 650 marks in neet for All india quota mbbs seats if you belong to general category to get a seat in a Government Medical College. For management quota seats in private colleges you can get them even with just neet qualifying marks i. e around 150 marks, or government quota seats in pvt mbbs colleges you can get them at around 475 -525 marks.
------------------) Participate in neet counselling. There are 2 counsellings -
Mcc counselling :- It is conducted for 15% AIQ seats, 100% Deemed Universities seats, Central Universities seats (Delhi University, AMU & BHU ), 100% ESIC seats , AFMC seats (only Registration Part) & I.P University (VMMC & SJH AND ABVIMS & RML & ESIC Dental, Delhi ,100% AIIMS seats & 100% JIPMER seats
