Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology, Pondicherry has an active training and placement cell. RGCET placement cell trains students for employability skills through aptitude tests, group discussions, mock interviews, and communication skills thereby allowing them to confidently face campus interviews. The role of the RGCET placement cell is to mould students through rigorous training to make them placement ready so that they get placed in MNCs. By inviting eminent persons and educators from various industries, the RGCET placement cell organises numerous workshops that highlight the paths and prospects for students.
