See , For LLB , you have to crack the exam Common Law Admission Test commonly known as CLAT . It is a national level of exam conducted by consortium of NLUs and Bar council of india for admission to law courses such as LLB/B.A LLB/B.Sc LLB/LLM.

IIT Kharagpur Law LLM eligibility criteria is that the candidates should have passed first class (or equivalent) in the Bachelor of Laws LL.B./B.L. (5 years) programme from any recognised university. First Class (or equivalent) in Bachelor of Laws LL.B./B.L.(3 years) programme from any recognised university along with bachelor's degree (not less than 3 years) in Humanities/Science/Commerce or equivalent. The requisite qualifying marks for L.L.M admission is a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
IIT Kharagpur Law admission to LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes is done based on an All India Written Test followed by a personal interview. However, the CLAT PG score is also accepted for IIT Kharagpur Law admission to the L.L.M programme.
Yes, according to the IIT Kharagpur placements 2023 (NIRF Report), out of 47 eligible UG students 30 were placed with a median salary of Rs. 9,00,000. Meanwhile, out of 27 eligible students from the PG programme all 27 were placed with IIT Kharagpur Law median salary package of Rs. 12,00,000.
