Sairam Institute of Management Studies, Chennai was established in 1998. SIMS Chennai is private institute situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Spreading in an area of 2 acres SIMS Chennai started as the department of management under the college Sri Sairam Engineering College in the year 1998. Sairam Institute of Management Studies is affiliated to Anna University, Tamil Nadu. SIMS Chennai is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Sairam Institute of Management offers a full-time two-year MBA programme after graduation with a dual specialisation in five different areas approved by AICTE. SIMS Chennai Facilities

Sairam Institute of Management facilitates the students with well equipped gymnasium as well as other sports facilities like running ground, football court. A fully filled library with national and international journals, books, novels, encyclopedias, latest research papers, and everyday newspapers is also available on the campus for the students to enhance their knowledge. Seminar halls and conference rooms have been built for the events to conduct in the SIMS campus. SIMS Chennai has hostel facilities separately for both boys and girls and the rooms are fully furnished. A 24/7 internet connection has been incorporated in the campus as well as in the hostel for both students and the faculties. Audio room and video room have been provided for the presentations. An open air auditorium is available with the sitting arrangement of 2000+ seats in the campus for any event or college fests.

The institute offers a two-year full-time M.B.A. course in the stream of Management and Business Administration. The post-graduate programme of the institution awards students with an MBA degree. SIMS Chennai Admissions

The institute an M.B.A. (Master in Business Administration) course in the stream of Management and Business Administration. The admission process starts from the entrance test conducted by the Anna University, namely TANCET. Candidates have to appear and qualify the entrance exam in order to be eligible for further admission procedures. After the result declaration of the entrance, the SIMS Chennai releases its cut-off list. Next, candidates have to fill out the online application from the institute’s website. Shortlisted candidates need to get their documents verified and then after the seat allotment, students have to pay the fees.

SIMS Chennai PG Admission Process

• Eligible candidates qualifying TANCET and meeting the cut-off released by the SIMS Chennai need to fill out the application form for M.B.A programme on the official website of the Sairam Institute of Management.

• Candidates need to attend the counselling conducted by the Anna University after clearing the TANCET and choose the SIMS Chennai as their first preference.

• Shortlisted candidates will get notified and then they have to get their documents verified as per the institute’s policy.

• Candidates will get their seats allotted and as the final process, they have to pay the fees.
