SVPISTM Coimbatore Placements

SVPISTM, Coimbatore offers placement opportunities to all the eligible students of the institute. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International School of Textile Management placements is looked after by the Industry Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC). The IIPC acts as a vital link between students' academic programme completion and their admission into suitable and potential jobs. The SVPISTM placement cell assists and guides the students through one to one career counselling, motivates and coordinates the students to participate in a variety of management games, business quiz, competitions, paper presentations for their benefit. SVPISTM placement cell also coordinates the in-campus/off-campus recruitment and acts as a liaison between industry, institution and the students.

The IIPC organises an outward learning programme, which improves the core competencies of the students by experimenting. The IIPC also organises placement preparation programs (PPP) in the campus to enhance the student’s employability skills. To help students prepare for placements, simulated interviews, extempore, and group discussions are held. Sessions on résumé writing and e-mail etiquettes are also held for the benefit of the students.
