About SCET Surat
Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat was established in 1995 are affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Chandkheda, approved by AICTE, New Delhi. SCET Surat offers various UG, PG and doctoral programmes in different streams, including engineering and architecture, computer application, Textile, Electronics and IT. SCET Surat UG, PG and doctoral courses are B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech. MCA and Ph.D. Admissions to SCET Surat are based on the merit of the entrance exam. The Department of Training and Placement cell offers a holistic service that includes career advice, higher education guidance, pre-placement preparation, and placement assistance.
SCET Surat has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for UG programmes, such as Electronics and Communication, Electrical (M), I&C and Textile Technology. SCET Surat has also obtained accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) for its laboratories. The average experience of faculties is more than 6 years in Teaching, Industry and Research Domain. The institute is Graded 'A' by NAAC. There are various events held in the institute from time to time. The placement or recruitment takes place actively in the institute.
