About SCET Surat
Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat (SCET) was established in 1995. The campus is spread over an area of 17 acres. The college is also known as SCET Surat. Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat enrols more than 2000 students in different disciplines of engineering and M.C.A. SCET Surat undergraduate and postgraduate programmes are affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Chandkheda, approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

SCET Dance Club- The dance club aims to conduct sessions on different dance styles, arranging workshops. SCET Surat dance club is dedicated to strengthening students' dancing abilities and providing a vibrant stage for them to demonstrate their talent.
SCET Music Club- SCET Surat Music Club was established to encourage and channel musical potential among students. SCET Movie Club- SCET Surat has a movie club on the college campus for the students. Movie clubs offer youths a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in something exciting, creative, and social.
SCET TED Club- TED-Ed clubs are beneficial because they educate students on how to harness their inner voice, public speaking skills, and the capacity to analyze and communicate information in a multidisciplinary and even personal manner.
SCET Surat Facilities and Infrastructure
Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat has several infrastructural facilities inside the campus. SCET Surat facilities are available for the students and faculty members. SCET Surat facilities and infrastructure include a library, auditorium, seminar halls for various functions and events, canteen, gymnasium, convenience store, medical and healthcare facility. On the college premises, there is a large playground for the student and other sports equipment are also available on campus for games like volleyball, badminton, basketball, chess and table tennis. SCET Surat Admissions
Admissions at SCET Surat are offered based on the merit of the entrance exam. SCET Surat admission to the B.E/B.Tech programmes are offered based on the candidates’ performance in GUJCET. For admission to the M.E programmes, the score in GATE is taken into account. SCET Surat admission to M.C.A is done on the basis of marks secured in the national level entrance exam- CMAT. Before sitting in the SCET Surat campus interviews the students have to follow the rules and regulations. For the SCET Surat campus placement, students have to first register via the mail or website and once the student is registered then the student has to sit in the pre-placement talk (PPT) of that company.
