The focus is on strategic alternatives for logistics and supply chain like alignment, agility, and adaptability. Further, strategic alternatives like efficient and responsive supply chains, speculative and postponement strategy are studied in detail. Also, customer specific performance metrics of supply chains like fill rate and on time delivery are studied.

Minimum 50% marks in Class X, XII and Graduation. Graduation From a recognized University in any stream.
Admission Details
SELECTION CRITERIA-
UPESMET / National Level Exams followed by Personal Interview
PROCESS FLOW -
Aspirants are advised to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Mode of Examination – Online test
- Test duration – 2 hours
- Take a Demo Test
- Interviews to be conducted after exam and slot booking
It is recommended that students take a demo test in order to gain practice and resolve any queries before actual examination.
MBA Admissions through National Level Tests**
Students having minimum MAT/CMAT 2022 score of 70 Percentile will be exempted from UPES Management Entrance Test and only be called for online Interview if qualified.
Valid 50 percentile and above score of CAT 2022/XAT 2023 ,a score of minimum 400 or above for GMAT, a score of 120 and above in NMAT 2022 / 23 scores will also be accepted
