As per the School of Design, UPES Dehradun placement 2022 report more than 35 recruiters participated in the recruitment drive, which lead to 109 students being placed in companies like LM, TCS, Maruti Suzuki, ESCORTS, TATA ElXSI, etc. The highest salary package offered was Rs 15.17 lakhs.
The Institute has a placement cell which coordinates the placements each year. UPES School of Design placement cell is responsible for conducting placement drive at the campus. UPES School of Design Dehradun placement cell of the department will take care of the industrial tours and adequate exposure to the industry. Relevant and real-world knowledge and ‘on the job’ exposure has been given to the students.

UPES School of Design Placement Procedure
STEP 1 - Sending Invitation: Invitations are sent to renowned companies through Email. This will help the college to give the particular slot to a company and students can appear for the interview accordingly.
STEP 2 - Slots Allotment: Slots have been allocated to the companies to process the interview. Registration will lead to knowing the institute about the number of students appearing for the interview.
STEP 3 - Registration: Interested students registration will be done for the company they want to give the interview.
STEP 4 - Shortlisting: Candidates are given the knowledge and guided about the company and industry they want to give the interview. Based on their knowledge, students will be shortlisted.
STEP 5 - Screening: Shortlisted candidates will appear for the next round of interviews with recruiting firms. Two rounds of interviews will be done with the screened interviews.
STEP 6 - Final Offer: To the selected student’s final offer will be made to the UPES School of Design Dehradun students.

An autonomous institute falling under the ambit of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, NID is famous for offering design courses in specialisations like Industrial, Communication, Textile and IT Integrated (Experiential) Design. There are a total of seven NIDs in India.
Only those candidates born on or after July 1, 1992 , are eligible to apply for admission. Note: Foreign citizens (candidates holding citizenship of any country other than India) are eligible to apply for NID entrance exam 2022 only under the overseas category, provided they fulfil all the eligibility criteria.
NID 2022 Application Form has been extended till 6th December 2021. NID (National Institute of Design) conducts national level entrance exam known as NID Design Aptitude Test ( NID DAT ). Through this entrance exam, the qualified candidates are offered admission in B.Des and M.Des courses. Selection of candidates will be done through NID DAT held in two stages – DAT Prelim and DAT Mains . Candidates successfully qualifying both the stages will be eligible for admission in various NID campuses located in Ahmedabad, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam & other places. Through this article, we have provided complete information related to NID Entrance Exam 2022 .
- The online registration process has been started from 5th October 2021.
- Applicants can fill application form through online mode.
- The online application process involves various steps – Signup/ Registration, filling details in application form, uploading of documents and signature, payment of application fee and printing of application form.
- Last date to apply for NID 2022 is till 30th November 2021.
- Candidates can also submit their applications after the last date with payment of late fee.
- For the candidates who want to make changes in the details of application form can make correction from 6th to 13th December 2021.
- Students must fill all the information correctly otherwise the application will be rejected.
