To bridge the gap between legal theory and practice, an understanding of trade and commerce is essential. Law is a profession that works in economic context, and therefore for a legal practitioner, training in economic science is a prerequisite. The program combines the knowledge of the economic sciences with special training in taxation law. The trade, finance and commerce component of the B. Com. LL.B. (Hons.) course includes subjects such as accounts, finance, economics, language and, which are supplemented by a range of law courses, and together they provide a broad-based multidisciplinary foundation to the curriculum.
The Candidate requires minimum 50% Marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th).
