BBA Event Management, PR and Corporate Communications at School of Modern Media, UPES Dehradun Offline Course

• The BBA in Event Management, PR & Corporate Communications at UPES has been designed to achieve two outcomes:

  a) To train students in planning, designing & execution of events of all sizes and types. In addition to the process of event management, they will be also be taught about the financial and planning aspects of it. Students will get practical exposure via opportunities to work on real events such as exhibitions, fairs, conferences, cultural meets, and many more. 

  b) To provide a thorough understanding of public relations and corporate communications to students so that they can build successful careers in this constantly evolving field. In addition to the core modules that are PR and media-specific, the program will also cover more general communication topics such as English, Marketing, Writing, Media Theory, and Broadcast Journalism.

Merit-Based scholarship:

• 50% tuition fee waiver on 10% seats of each programs in first semester for CBSE, ICSE & State Board pass out students

Eligibility Criteria: 

• 75% marks in class 10th and 12th

Uttarakhand State Board Toppers Scholarships for BBA Programs 

Eligibility criteria

• Minimum 80% aggregate in Class 10th & 12th in UK State Board
• 150 toppers from UK State Board 
• Merit order allotment of 1 seat per program.
• The seats reserved under this category will be within the 15% reservation for Uttarakhand Domicile students.
• Should have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate)
• Students will be entitled only for 1 scholarship at a time (either through Uttarakhand Board Toppers or through Uttarakhand Domicile category)

Scholarship 

• 25% of a tuition fee waiver for Boys and 35% for Girl students in first year
• Scholarship in subsequent years will be as per merit scholarship policy of the University
