The college offers 36 courses for admissions. D.Pharma, B.Pharma. B.Tech, M.B.A. are some of the courses offered for Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus admissions. The college offers B.Tech in the following specialisations - civil engineering, data science, information technology, mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence. Students must appear for CG PPHT followed by counselling for SSGI Bhilai D.Pharma and B.Pharma admissions. CG PPHT is a state-level common entrance test conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board to offer admission to D.Pharma and B.Pharma courses. B.Tech aspirants need to sit for CG PET. The exam is conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board to offer admission to M.C.A. in the participating institutes of Pre MCA (for students applying under the Chhattisgarh state quota. • Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria.

• Fill the CG PPHT application form.

• Eligible students are required to sit and obtain valid scores in CG PPHT.

• Candidates can check their CG PPHT results on the official website - yapam.cgstate.gov.in. 

• Students must meet the CG PPHT cutoff to be eligible for further rounds of the SSGI Bhilai admission process.

• The first step in the SSGI Bhilai B.Tech admission process is that students must meet the eligibility criteria.

• Fill the CG PET application form.

• CG PET is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to various B.Tech courses offered by the participating institutes of CG PET in the state.

• JEE Main qualified students under the Other State Quota are also eligible for Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus B.Tech admissions.

• The CG PET result is declared in an online mode. 

• The merit list is prepared based on the ranks secured by students.

• Candidates must meet the CG PET cutoff.

• Students who will meet the CG PET cutoff and whose names are on the merit list are only eligible for counselling.

• Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Chattisgarh conducts the CG PET counselling in an online mode.

• During the choice filling and locking, students must select SSGI Bhilai as the preferred college for admission.

• After the choice locking process is completed, students must report to the allotted centres for the document verification process.

• Meet the eligibility criteria and fill the CG Pre MCA application form.

• Students need to appear and obtain valid scores in CG Pre MCA.

• The authorities conduct M.C.A. admission in Chhattisgarh on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in CG Pre MCA.

• CG Pre MCA results are declared on the official website. 

• A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of candidates in CG Pre MCA. Candidates having their names therein will be eligible for participating in Chhattisgarh MCA counselling.

• CG Pre MCA qualified candidates must register and participate in the counselling process.

• Candidates need to give preference to SSGI Bhilai during the choice filling and locking round.

• Visit the allotted institute and complete the admission formalities.

Note- Students are required to produce NIMCET scores  if they are applying under the Other State Quota. If applicants from other states are not available, the remaining seats can be converted to the Chhatisgarh state quota. Therefore, then the seats shall be allotted based on the NIMCET scores.

SSGI Bhilai M.B.A. Admission Process

• A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% from a recognised university is the basic eligibility criterion for M.B.A. admissions.

• Candidates need to appear and obtain valid scores in CMAT/MAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA.

• The authorities shall prepare two merit lists for admissions. First, on the basis of marks obtained in CMAT and second based on the percentage of marks/obtained in CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA considering them as equivalent.

• Candidates must note that preference will be given to CMAT qualified candidates. If seats are available after allotting seats based on CMAT then students who have appeared for CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA will be considered for admission.

• Further, students are required to participate in the counselling, conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Chhattisgarh.
