Mode Full time | Duration 24 Months

Master of Computer Application (MCA) is a two-years full-time course postgraduate offered by Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Eligibility Criteria

Those interested in admission into the MCA program must have a valid rank in the entrance examination conducted by OJEE for the respective academic session. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for selection.

Passed BCA/ bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree, OR
Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level with additional bridge courses as per the norms of the concerned University
Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination
Minimum 45% marks for candidates applying in the reserved category

Admission Details

For admission into an M.Tech program, candidates should have either a valid GATE score of the current academic session or of the previous one/qualified in the PGAT entrance examination of the respective academic session, conducted by OJEE. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for selection.

College Infrastructure

The necessary infrastructure is available & also labs are well maintained. Living space & hygienic food are also maintained . Also having place for sports and activities if you are willing to have along with studies.

College Infrastructure

College have good infrastructure but one of major issue is not having WiFi in hostel. Though it have one common palace called as sky lab to use free WiFi. Good classroom with projector in every classroom. Big library.
