Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for Open Quota and 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for Reserved Quota. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age at the time of the admission to the B.D.S. course.
Admission Details
As a policy, we at Sinhgad Dental College & Hospital have opted to admit students through the eligibility entrance test conducted by State/ Central Government Regulatory bodies for Medical Education & Research; like Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER). Thus, we admit only those students who have QUALIFIED through NEET UG.
Out of the granted intake capacity, 15 % of seats are dedicated for NRI quota admission. The candidates who have been declared QUALIFIED through NEET-UG will ONLY be admitted through NRI Quota as per the directives laid down by Pravesh Niyantran Samiti (PNS), Maharashtra State. The remaining 85% of students are admitted through the rounds conducted by DMER. The requisite number of Constitutional Reservation laid down by the Constitution of India is strictly followed during admission. The seats remaining vacant at the end of all the rounds conducted by DMER are filled by admitting qualified meritorious ELIGIBLE students through the process of Institute Level VACANT SEAT ROUND. This round is conducted strictly as per the regulations laid down by DMER and rules about Constitutional Reservations are obeyed.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is good. The college is cleaned and disinfected regularly. The classroom consists of a board as well as a projector and has ACs. The college has a separate library which is open at weekdays and campus has one which is open 24/7. The labs are well equipped and well maintained. Mess are available for boys and girls. The meal is good.
