The college has a boys hostel facility. The hostel is named after a famous Football Club “Manchester United.” The hostel is present within the college campus. The water facility is available 24*7 & Electricity Generator is available whenever needed. The cleaning staff is assigned to check the cleanness of the hostel. Every meal is tested for hygiene & if needed is sent to food laboratory for testimony. The total intake capacity is 175 students. Wi-Fi service is available 24*7.

The college is having a dispensary that provides the most basic primary healthcare services.

SSM College of Engineering library is a resource centre for teaching, learning & research. Being the heart of the college, it is home for all the information services. It plays a proactive role in enabling access to information resources of all kind and providing innovative, responsive and effective services to meet the changing needs of the students and faculty. The major objective of the library is to provide latest information/knowledge to the right users at the right time The library has 100 seating capacity, digital library, e-learning centre, a reference section, circulation counter, journals/magazines and newspaper section are also available. The library holds a hybrid collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, audio-visuals, CDs/DVDs, e-journals, reports, course materials, previous years question papers, project reports, etc. Currently, the library holds over 51,798 books, 300 print journals, provides access to electronic resources, newspapers and business magazines, and 1500 multimedia resources. And also have institution membership of NDL. It offers a fully integrated and dynamic environment for conducting academic and research activities. Multiple copies ensure that resources are easily available in the reference section and stack area as well. The central library is Wi-fi enabled and under CCTV surveillance.

The college has the sports facilities for all students.

The college labs are set to create a specialist environment required for students of Computer Science Engineering. High End Servers connected through latest switches. Internet and Intranet network facilities supported by high quality software based on curriculum and global requirements,along with latest operating systems, allowing the students not only to develop their skills but also access the internet for convenient internal as well as external communication with the cyber world, the college provides free access to Internet to its students.
