Infrastructure - comfort level (classroom, library, WiFi.......... everything best in class, and one cannot complain) For Corporate level exposure - Industrial visits, Guest lectures(from XIM, IIM-T), CEO talks every month, management meet, conferences, international guest speakers I had learning on each and every day, the activities and reviews conducted on ourself ensured the assurance of learning Staff were really supportive and kind(its more of like parent - child relationship), and they had a huge concern in our PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT more than just education and helped us to be competitive in this business world. I could choose my career path clearly without any blur and I am sure of it! College life here cannot be explained just in words..! I may require a huge volume of words to explain how wonderful it was and how badly i missed when i came out of my college! Placement is good! but most of the companies come for marketing and finance, so the competition gets at peak for students who would like to get into HR and Systems (IT). so I think the management could focus on HR and Systems students to get them placed in better companies with high package! Professors in JIM do have lot of industrial exposure and most of them have doctorate with an average of 10 years industrial exposure, everyone in my college are a real mentor. Even now(after a year) I am still in touch with them and will continue in future too! They even now guide me in advancing my career! the student gender ratio is almost equal and has acceptable diversity for having a good learning atmosphere! I don't think the fees level are high for an average middle class! yet others can avail scholarship provided by management and private organization who volunteers to do! I witnessed that! one of my friend have got it ! (sorry if my English is bad)

Placement assurance

Batch of 2019 | MBA
When I entered college, I had my own panic as to whether I'll fit and whether I'd be able to take up the pressures of a b-school. But gradually, I eased in and discovered how fun a journey of 2 yrs could be. At JIM, there's a good mix of students from all over the country, and there's plenty of opportunities to learn and enjoy learning at the same time. JIM is nothing short of an experience of a lifetime. Students generally have a great time during their stay - balancing academics and learning to have fun while at it. The placements is quite good for a Tier II college. Plenty of good companies come and take students during placements season with promising, good offers. We're striving hard to figure in the Top 20/ Top 10 B-schools in India list, and the day we make it there isn't far. It's a pride to be called a JIM Alumnus, and the college organizes meet-ups for the alumni every year. When you graduate, you will see that all your friends/ peers are in good profiles/ jobs and you create an instant nexus of professional connections as you pass out from college.
