Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Ex-PGDM) for the last several years. Started
in 2009, formerly known as PGADM/PGPM/Executive PGDM, is a 15 months’ management program
(known generally as Fast Track MBA), which is ideal for junior and middle-level executives who need a
management qualification to boost and advance their career at par with MBAs. SIMS provides the opportunity to
take Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resource as specializations in its Ex-PGDM program, unlike other institutes that offer only the General PGDM program. This offers a perfect opportunity to switch

The Ex-PGDM course curriculum is divided into three semesters of a total of 15 months. The first two semesters
consist of Compulsory and Specialization courses. Students will have to opt for any one specialization from
Finance, Human Resource, Marketing and Operations will remain constant for both the semesters. A
particular specialization will be offered if a minimum of 10 students opts for that specialization.
Note: Defence officers on study leave duly approved by respective service HQ can also enroll for the course.

A student seeking admission for Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management must possess a Bachelor’s
degree from statutory/recognized University with the minimum of 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years of work
