TAPMI’s two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management is designed to push students to go beyond their constraints and redraw their boundaries to achieve excellence in business. Every aspect of a student’s life in the two-year period involves decision-making – with its consequent results. This rigorous course is based on experiential learning and makes use of the case-study approach to simulate situations which the future managers might face in the real world. The program is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the world-renowned Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and it is recognized by The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to an MBA degree. NBA reaffirmed the 5-year accreditation for PGDM program at TAPMI, a quality mark given only to a few selected B-Schools in India.
Specialisations offered under this course include Marketing, Operations, Human Resource, Finance, IT and General Management.
TAPMI adopts a two-stage process for admitting candidates to its PGDM programs. Valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are mandatory prerequisites to qualify for the admission process consisting of WAT and Personal Interviews or other evaluation components the Institute deems fit. To qualify for the admission process, it’s imperative to get high scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT. Students with academic excellence and relevant work experience, are shortlisted and invited to participate in the subsequent TAPMI Admissions Process.
A Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks (final year students may also apply).

Accreditation is a process by which the quality of a programme is examined and certified normally by an external body of academics. It validates and certifies that academic processes practised within an institute are robust and relevant.
For any programme to be recognized for further studies or a profession it needs to be approved either by a University or/and by a professional council as the case may be.
