PGDM-HR program is an unique HRM program with a strong focus on business environment awareness so as to detect paradigm shifts and upgrade human competencies to meet that challenge. The PGDM (HR) strives to develop “People Management” competencies of future HR professionals through courses from Behavioural Discipline (Individual, Team and Leadership Competencies), HRM Discipline (Functional and Strategic HR Competencies) and Institutional Discipline (Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Competencies).

Stage I : Shortlisting: For Candidates with work experience of less than 24 months

Shortlist for each program is separate and independent of each other. Shortlist in one program does not guarantee a shortlist for the other program.
Stage II : Admission Process.
The stage II of TAPMI Admissions process consists of Written Ability Test (WAT) followed by a Group Discussion (GD) followed by a Personal Interview (PI).
Final Selection: The final selection of the candidate is based on CAT/XAT/GMAT (Overall Percentile) + Verbal Ability Percentile + academic profile + work experience + WAT Score + GD Score + PI Score. Details will be provided later.
Admission Process – NRI / PIO

Stage I: Shortlisting :
For NRI / PIO candidates TAPMI follows profile-based shortlisting. Profile considered for shortlisting consists of valid entrance exam scores, academic profile, work experience (type of company, total experience, etc.), extra-curricular achievements if any.
For candidates unable to visit India for the Stage II, we will inform the admission process in due course.
Final Selection: Final selection of the candidate is based on Entrance Exam Score + academic profile + work experience + WAT Score + GD Score + PI Score. Details will be provided later.
A Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks (final year students may also apply. There admission will be cancelled if they obtain less than 50% in their graduation).
