Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management is two years (4 Semesters) program approved by AICTE.
This program is aimed at producing professionally trained manpower to occupy leadership/managerial roles in the domain of sales & marketing across various sectors of the economy. Sales skills are at a premium today and there is a growing need for well-trained sales professionals in India. With customers being more aware and demanding, the quality of sales needs to be top class. In the B2B arena, the emphasis is on managing relationships through excellent account management practices. On the other hand, in B2C, the challenge is to succeed in organized retail and growing rural markets. Sales jobs have also become more data driven with rapid technological progress. At the senior and middle level, sales managers need to make decisions based on sophisticated tools and manage a sales team that is more materialistic and achievement oriented.

Stage I : Shortlisting: For Candidates with work experience of less than 24 months

Stage II : Admission Process.
The stage II of TAPMI Admissions process consists of Written Ability Test (WAT) followed by a Group Discussion (GD) followed by a Personal Interview (PI).
Final Selection: The final selection of the candidate is based on CAT/XAT/GMAT (Overall Percentile) + Verbal Ability Percentile + academic profile + work experience + WAT Score + GD Score + PI Score. Details will be provided later.

Stage I: Shortlisting :
For NRI / PIO candidates TAPMI follows profile-based shortlisting. Profile considered for shortlisting consists of valid entrance exam scores, academic profile, work experience (type of company, total experience, etc.), extra-curricular achievements if any.
For candidates unable to visit India for the Stage II, we will inform the admission process in due course.
Final Selection: Final selection of the candidate is based on Entrance Exam Score + academic profile + work experience + WAT Score + GD Score + PI Score. Details will be provided later.
A Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks (final year students may also apply. There admission will be cancelled if they obtain less than 50% in their graduation).
