The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. Besides central Mess facilities, each college of the University has a spacious and well-maintained canteen as well as Talk-of-the-Town and VIP Pizza Restaurant providing the students with the choicest of hygienic and delicious Indian, Chinese & Italian dishes. These spots have become essentially centres of learning beyond classrooms.

The College Central Library is fully automated with KOHA open source library management software which connects all computers of the library and the different departments, colleges, and faculty of the University. Books are issued through bar-coded membership cards to the students and faculty members of the University from the circulation section. The books and other reading materials are issued to the students for reading room study from the issue counter. The Catalogue of the Central Library is available on the internet/intranet for search. The CCTV cameras are installed to ensure the safety of the Library materials. The Central Library is also equipped with Fire Alarm Control Panel and manually operated fire extinguishers. Approx 100 students, teachers, and other members visit the Library almost every day. A register is maintained in the library and the visitor has to show his valid identity card at the entrance.

The college Sports and fitness is an integral part of the University which provides a network of facilities, inducing opportunities for sports participation at all levels, and provides a chance to its students to take part in a wide range of sports pursuits. Services of the students of the University are sought for various inter-school, district, state, and national level tournaments as officials and referees in Volleyball, Tennis Cricket and Martial Arts. State-of-the-art sports facilities are available in the University to ensure all-round development of the students.

The College state-of-the-art centrally air-conditioned auditorium with a capacity of 550 seats having ultra-modern acoustics and digital projection has been developed to host international, national, inter & intra college events like seminars, conferences, debates, theatres, exhibitions, and cultural programs.

The College has arranged a pick and drop transportation facility to students within a radius of about 100 km adjoining the city of Moradabad. It presently maintains a convoy of 70 vehicles including 35 buses, 19 cars, 4 ambulances including one critical care ambulance, 4 small trucks for carriage and 2 tractors with 3 trolleys, and 2 tankers for agriculture and plantations purpose in the campus.

Punjab National Bank provides all banking facilities including lockers and ATM on campus to facilitate faculty, staff, and the students. The bank also extends the educational loan facility to the students of the university. In order to meet the rising demand for banking facilities by the students, staff, faculty, and public in general, recently the bank has been provided with more space.

The College has created a world-class gymnasium with a state-of-the-art air-conditioned fitness center for enhanced endurance of body and mind.

The College Students, faculty, and staff have access to healthcare facilities available at the 900-bed multi super-specialty hospital attached to the Medical College. It is equipped with the latest technological infrastructure providing diagnostic, curative, and preventive services with advanced management systems. The hospital provides round the clock blood bank facility and 24 hrs. ambulance service for patients in the hospital. Critical care ambulance is always ready for shifting patients to hospitals in Delhi and other places in case of an emergency.

The College has established four state-of-the-art language labs having 240 computer terminals with hi-tech software having provision for developing basic, intermediate, and business level language skills. These labs have attached uniquely designed personality development cabins and group discussion rooms.
