THDC-IHET Tehri Facilities

THDC IHET provides numerous facilities for the students, institute staff and faculty members. The THDC IHET facilities include boys hostel, girls hostel, library, IT infrastructure, laboratories, sports, gym, etc. The institute provides well-furnished and well-ventilated hostels for both boys and girls students. There is also a central library at the institute, which has a vast collection of various resources to help the students and faculty members in learning and research work. THDC IHET facilities also include a well-maintained IT infrastructure. The computers are installed with the latest software and are well connected with the high-speed internet. The institute also has departmental laboratories. Lab technicians guide the students in the laboratories.

College Infrastructure

The college has excellent infrastructure, facilities and equipments with latest technology. There are large amont of computer labs with more than 60 computer systems in each of them. There is also a big library that includes all the necessary space and books to study.

College Infrastructure

The college provides basic facilities that a college should provide such as good classrooms, proper hostel rooms, wifi, gym but contrary to that maintenance is poor, washroom seats are broken and have never been repaired the entire time I was in college and being in 8th semester I do not look forward that some changes might happen. the college does not have a proper playground, it is just a small piece of land named as a playground, provided with sharp rocks.

College Infrastructure

Well maintained hostel rooms, classrooms, laboratories, library and hostel rooms. labs and classrooms are well equipped with smart displays, projectors, lab equipments etc. but sadly no proper sports facillities, small library, no boundary of college. food depends on your hostel tenders. internet speed and common washrooms maintainence is not upto the mark.

mamximum placement of this college ?

The campus placements are not so good as not many companies visit the campus due to its rural outscapes hence very few students got placements. Almost 50% students get placed every year. But this college do provide internships in THDC dam which is one of the best biggest hydroelectric power plant. Companies like Azim Premji, Tata Motors, Suzuki etc. Come for recruiting candidates.

As you not given your jee exam don't worry we can help you.You can give your exam in any of the deemed to be university or you can join in any of them under management quota where you need to pay donation fee and also college fee.
