Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani has four boys’ hostels on campus. The TIT&S Bhiwani boys’ hostels have single seated rooms with a large dining hall and a cafeteria. A vegetarian hostel mess is run cooperatively by students under the supervision of a designated faculty member. Hostel rooms are assigned solely on a first-come, first-served basis. An alumni home for pass-out students, a VIP guest house, and a guest house facility for college guests and parents are also available in the hostel area. Students can also take advantage of the sports facilities at the hostels, which include both indoor and outdoor games. The outdoor games in the hostel consist of cricket, hockey, volleyball, basketball, football, and lawn tennis. While badminton, table tennis, carrom, and chess are some of the indoor games available in the hostel areas.

TIT&S Bhiwani has two girls’ hostels. The girls' hostels have single seated rooms, as well as a spacious dining hall and canteen. Under the guidance of a selected faculty member, students run a fully vegetarian hostel mess cooperatively. Rooms in the hostel are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani has two fully air-conditioned and computerised libraries on campus. Out of these two libraries, one is for textiles and computers and the other one is for the electronics department. The TIT&S libraries are equipped with large volumes and bound periodicals. The institute has a wide range of national journals and international journals including e-journals. Both libraries are computerised and are using Libsys software. TIT&S Bhiwani also has an e-library for students.

The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani has various indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Outdoor sports facilities are available for games like cricket, hockey, volleyball, basketball, football, and lawn tennis. However, indoor sports facilities are available for games like badminton, table tennis, carrom, and chess.

TIT&S Bhiwani has a well-maintained cafeteria. The TIT&S Bhiwani cafeteria serves various eatables at a reasonable price.

The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani has a central auditorium. The auditorium is equipped with audiovisual facilities and has a seating capacity of over 400 spectators. Conferences, seminars, symposia, cultural programmes, inter-college activities, and other events are held in the TIT&S Bhiwani auditorium.

The college has a good networking for alumni association.

TIT&S Bhiwani has various departmental based laboratories on the campus for practical experiments.

The entire TIT&S Bhiwani campus is Wi-Fi enabled. To provide high-speed internet to the students, a leased line of 15 Mbps (Vodafone) and 10 Mbps (BSNL) is available.

Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani has well-equipped classrooms that are well-ventilated. To make learning easier, classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with audio-visual aids.

TIT&S Bhiwani has a dispensary with a visiting medical officer. Specialist doctors visit the campus on a regular basis during the week. In collaboration with the Haryana Department of Health, it also organises routine health checkup camps, blood donation camps, and medical awareness camps.
