    TKMCE Admission Process

    TKM College of Engineering, Kollam admits students to a variety of courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Candidates can apply for admission to TKM College of Engineering Kollam in B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech and MCA programmes. For admission to the TKMCE B.Tech course, candidates have to appear for an entrance exam (KEAM) and clear the TKMCE cutoff to apply for the counselling process. Similarly, candidates have to take NATA to get admission to the TKMCE B.Arch course.     The intake of students for the TKMCE UG courses, B.Tech and B.Arch, based on the rank list prepared by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE). The rank list is published considering the results of the entrance exam (KEAM/ NATA) and marks of the 10+2 in 1:1 proportion.

    Candidates must have a diploma (any stream) in the 10+3 pattern recognised by the Central/State Government with 50% marks.


    Candidates should score above 40% in NATA.

    TKMCE Kollam B.Tech Admission Process 

    • After submitting the application form, candidates are advised to take the entrance test (KEAM).

    • The results will be declared and the rank list will be published by CEE based on KEAM scores and academic scores of class 12.

    • Selected candidates must participate in KEAM counselling, where they must prioritise TKM College of Engineering, Kollam (as the desired college) and choose the desired TKMCE B.Tech course.

    • After the seat allotment by CEE, shortlisted candidates must visit the college for document verification and confirm their admission.

    TKMCE Kollam B.Arch Admission Process

    • Candidates should meet the TKMCE B.Arch eligibility criteria before applying for admissions. After that, candidates must appear for NATA, conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA).

    • The results will be declared and the rank list will be published by CEE based on NATA score and academic scores of class 12.

    •  Candidates have to fill out the college application form and appear for counselling.

    • Seat allotment will be done by CEE. 

    • Finally, candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees to confirm admission.

    • After submitting the application form, candidates are advised to take the test (GATE).

    Yes It is definitely a wonderful college to study in, it has overall student rating review of 8.4 / 10. Students have mostly given all positive and good reviews.

    The studying environment is absolutely wonderful and lecturers provide their lectures using the best educational techniques, hence giving a wonderful study environment to study in.

    Rest, it also provides compulsory internship opportunities to the students during the course of their Program.

    The placement opportunities are wonderful as well, with highest package of 18Lakhs per year and average package of 5Lakhs per annum.
