- As per the counselling rounds and seat allocation Candidates have to take the admission to the UIT-RGPV.
The admission process for MCA:
- Applicants need to apply online at the official website of the UIT-RGPV.
- Candidates qualifying marks will be taken into consideration for the selection procedure.
- Shortlisted candidates have to visit the UIT-RGIP and complete the admission process.

I want to be a Software Engineer so I chose this branch.Currently it is th beginning of session so I can't comment on Acedemics.According to my seniors, Professor come teach and go. teachers are supportive but you have to approach for help . curriculum is not upto date even in cse we have to study civil and mechanical in 1st year.I think that is the reason placement is not as high as MANIT(NIT BHOPAL)

If you have completed your Diploma in CSE (computer Science and Engineering ) then you are eligible for B.tech Lateral Entry Admission in various B.Tech Colleges. Engineering Colleges take admission in Lateral courses on the basis of merit in entrance exam or on the basis of marks obtained in Diploma or equivalent course
Further, to get lateral entry admission to 2nd year B.Tech Course, you have to give an entrance exam known as Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET). The entrance test is a gateway for admissions to 2 nd year undergraduate engineering programmes (BTech) and 1 st year undergraduate architecture programmes (BArch) offered under the lateral entry scheme. The exam is conducted in the pen-paper or offline format.
Furthermore, For BTech lateral entry admissions, students must have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in a 3-year diploma (Engineering – any stream) after the Class 10 board exam . Students who have pursued a 3-year diploma after class 12 board exams are also eligible for admission to the BTech course through lateral entry.

To get admission into Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal you must have good score in JEE Mains and ypu have have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent exam with minimum 45 percentage of you belong to General Category and 40 percentage if you belong to Reservation Category.
