University School of Law and Legal Studies, New Delhi Admission Details: Eligibility, Dates, Application, Fees

The University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), New Delhi, offers B.A LLB and BBA LLB,  LL.M, PhD and Post Doctoral research programmes. To get an admission, valid CLAT score is required. The detailed admission process of the courses offered by USLLS is given below:

Admission process for B.A LLB and BBA LLB:

• The candidates seeking admission to the five years integrated programmes, need to apply for the Common Law Admission Test, conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

• Candidates have to visit the official website of GGSIPU for registration for counselling.

• They have to register for IPU counselling and give preference to the University School of Law and Legal Studies.

• The merit list will be prepared based on the CLAT score and preferences for the college and course.

Admission process for LLM:

• The candidates seeking admission to the LLM programmes, need to apply for the Common Law Admission Test, conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

• They have to register for IPU counselling and give preference to the University School of Law and Legal Studies.

• The merit list will be prepared based on the CLAT score and preferences for the college and course.

Admission process for PhD:

• Eligible candidates need to apply for entrance examination conducted by IPU in the relevant disciplines of study.

• The candidates who have qualified UGC-NET (including JRF), or have passed M.Phil. are exempted from the entrance test conducted by the University. Such candidates also need to apply for admission to the University.

• Shortlisted candidates have to appear for the interview conducted by USLLS.
