Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc) in Animal Husbandry is a five-year and six-month full-time course offered by Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University, Bidar and Approved by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should have a passed and have minimum of 50 % aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English of the second year PUC of Karnataka Pre-University Board or its equivalent examination.
For candidates belonging to SC/ST and Cat-I a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English of the second year PUC of Karnataka Pre-University Board or its equivalent examination.
The candidates should have appeared for common entrance test (CET) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority, Govt. of Karnataka, Bangalore.
The candidate should be completing 17 years of age as on 31st December of that academic year.

Admission Details

Admission for the seats shall be made strictly according to the merit
50% of the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry & Biology in the common entrance test conducted by Govt. of Karnataka.
