Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), Pune was established in the year 1983. VIT Pune is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University. The institute is approved by AICTE. For VIT Pune admission to undergraduate courses, candidates need to appear for MHT CET or JEE Main. A candidate must have a valid score in the GATE to take admission in the M.Tech programme M.C.A, candidates must appear for MAH MCA CET. VIT Pune cut off is the closing ranks of entrance exams undertaken by candidates. To take admission in the desired course candidates need to meet the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology cutoff. JEE Main/MHA CET cut-off is released for B.Tech admission and GATE and MAH MCA CET cut-off is released for M,Tech and M.C.A admissions, respectively. College Infrastructure
The college campus is well-maintained and offers modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, a good library and also provides research facilities. Institute provides commendable and contributes to a positive learning experience. Although the ground is small and all the sports activities happen on this ground. College has 2 well maintained and spacious canteens but the meal is very costly. College has 4 buildings dedicated to respective departments.

It is very nice , i appreciate the construction of infrastructure , facilities equipment .. library provides all necessary books which are regarding the subject chapters according , wifi has medium connection but its fine.

Facilities are good. The infrastructure is satisfactory but our campus is small. Wifi network is not good un college. Hostels are not good so private hostels or rental houses are good option. Sports and games are good in this college

Admission to VIT Pune is done by two methods:
- JEE MAIN
- MHT CET
You have to fill out the state-level counselling. If you have a score that is enough for getting into this college, you will be selected.
Eligibility Criteria:
Passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category) in the subjects mentioned above.

Honestly in 83 percentile coep is a very tough one to get because the cut offs are high for it.
But for vishwakarma institute of technology,Pune you can get branches like electrical , mechanical, civil and electronics and communication branch. However some factors are considered while predicting these things like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
