According to the XIME Chennai placement 2022 report 100% of the students who participated in the recruitment drive were placed. The highest CTC is Rs 16.70 lakhs and the average CTC is Rs 8.08 lakhs. Some of the top recruiters are Airtel, Honeywell, Cognizant, CEAT, IDFC Bank, JLL, State Bank of India, Voltas, Wipro, etc.

The institute has a centralized placement cell, located at the Bangalore campus. But before the start of the placement process, the placement cell provides training to the students. Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Chennai Training and Placement Centre (TPC) training includes workshops, seminars, guest lectures, industrial visits, group discussions, mock interviews and many more. XIME Chennai Placement Process

The placement cell send invitations to the recruiters.
Interested companies register with the placement cell and decide the dates for the pre-placement talk and final interview.
The day and slot are allotted to the companies.
The allotment will be done according to the following criteria: Batch Feedback =>Brand/Company Name =>Job Profile =>Salary Offered =>No. of Positions =>Past relationship with XIME.
In the pre-placement talk, the recruiters brief the candidates about the job profile, compensation and company expectations. A video-conferencing facility is also provided, in case a company requires it.
After that, the companies conduct their screening process on the interview date.
Selected candidates are informed through the XIME placement cell.
Pre-placement offers are also provided to the candidates based on their performance in the internships or training in the aforesaid companies.
Finally, students are provided the offer letters.
