The institute was established in 2017. It is a constituent college of Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), founded by Professor J. Philip. The campus of XIME Chennai is spread over an area of 3 acres of land. The institute provides courses in the field of management. Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Chennai offers a two-year full-time PGDM programme. The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college accepts scores of XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ TANCET for admission to the programme. The college also provides scholarships to meritorious students, based on their performance. The college also has many clubs, committees, societies and many collaborations too.

XIME Chennai offers only one PG course. Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Chennai course is offered in the stream of management and business administration.  Finance, operations, marketing, human resource, general management and IT and analytics are the specializations of the PGDM programme. XIME Chennai course is offered in the full-time study mode. After meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates can proceed with the XIME admission process to the PGDM 120 seats. The XIME Chennai course fees is Rs 9 lakhs for the PGDM programme.

XIME Chennai Admissions

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria, can fill the XIME application form. For XIME Chennai admission to the PGDM programme, one should have obtained a valid score in XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ TANCET. As per the XIME Chennai admission process, candidates have to further appear for group discussion and interview. After that, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks of the X, XII, undergraduate degree/postgraduate degree, entrance test, group discussion and interview and participation in sports, extra-curricular activities, academic diversity and gender diversity. Finally, candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees to confirm XIME Chennai admissions.

XIME Chennai Scholarships

The institute provides scholarships like Special Scholarships, Merit-cum-Means Scholarships. There are additional scholarships given throughout the year. The XIME Chennai scholarships are usually handed out during the Independence Day or Republic Day celebration. The institute provides Tuition fee waivers to students whose parental annual income is less than Rs.8 lakhs from all sources, as per the details in the AICTE guidelines. XIME Chennai Placements

There is a centralised placement cell at the college to take care of the XIME Chennai placement. The training and placement centre of the college provides training to the students. XIME Chennai placement is conducted every year for which several companies are invited to the main campus. The placement cell assists in summer internships too. Every year corporates from multiple sectors take part in the XIME Chennai placement drive and offer job roles at various positions as per the skills of the students. As per the XIME Chennai placement 2022 report 100% of the students who participated in the recruitment drive were placed. The highest CTC is Rs 16.70 lakhs and the average CTC is Rs 8.08 lakhs. The college facilities include boys hostel, girls hostel, library, IT infrastructure, auditorium, cafeteria, sports, gym, medical clinic, wi-fi, guest room, etc. Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Chennai facilities are provided with the aim of the overall development of the students. The institute is located at Plot no: CP-2A, SIPCOT Industrial Corridor, Oragadam Tambaram-Walajahbad Highway, Oragdam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The nearest airport to Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Chennai is located at a distance of 33 km. Marai Malai Nagar Kamarajar Railway Station is the nearest railway station. It is 15.5 km far from the college and would take approximately 23 minutes from cab or auto. The nearest bus stop is Oragadam Road Junction Bus Stop. The distance between the bus stop and the college is 1 km and would take 2 minutes from the bus stop to reach XIME Chennai.
