Entrance Exams for Mass Communication Courses
1. CUET: The Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) is organized by Christ University, Bangalore to help suitable students to gain admission in the suitable courses that the university offers.
2. TANCET: The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is conducted jointly by the Tamil Nadu government and Anna University for students who are seeking admission in suitable courses in the colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu.

There are mainly two Mass Communication courses. Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication (BA Mass Comm.) is a three- year undergraduate program which is specially designed to give students the basic knowledge of mass communication and media.
The three years in this course are divided into six semesters of six months each. The second course, Master of Arts in Mass Communication (MA Mass Comm.) is a two- year postgraduate program which is designed to give students a deep knowledge about the world of journalism, mass media and mass communication. The two years in this course are divided into four semesters.

Yes in certain courses Delhi University conducts entrance exams.Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) is conducted by Delhi University in order to offer admission to aspirants in various UG, PG, MPhil and PhD programmes.
DUET 2021 exam is conducted in three shifts across 101 exam centres in 18 cities. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts DUET on behalf of Delhi University.

The MA Mass Communication entrance for Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication (SIMC) was held on 7th February,2021.
