It only requires that you have passed your 10+12 from a recognised board.

Yes you can definitely get admission in government college for BPT with the score you have mentioned above. BPT is bachelor of physiotherapy, it is 4 years course with 6 months of internship. It has wide scope in India as well as outside the India. As a physiotherapist you can work in any Hospitals, any sports centre, at Rehabilitation centre, you can go for home visits or you can open your own clinic as that can be very beneficial for you after a certain years of experience. There are many good government colleges in India in which you can apply for BPT

for example, in Maharashtra, the aspirant have to clear NEET exam, and follow the admission process once the results are out.
For entry in in government physiotherapy college, the NEET score should be around 400 to 450.
