GMAT 2019 or the Graduate Management Admission Test 2019 is an exam for prospective MBA and PGDM students who want to study abroad. It is accepted in over 80 countries worldwide and many top institutions in India. The GMAT exam is conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) and is an internationally recognised exam in the domain of business and management.
The GMAT is a computer adaptive test which is 3 hours and 30 minutes long and comprises 4 sections for evaluation namely Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Integrated Reasoning and Analytical Writing. The exam comprises of a total of 80 scored questions which are both objective and subjective in nature and GMAT scores are valid for a period of up to 5 years from the date of the examination.

The GMAT 2019 exam is a computer adaptive test comprising multiple choice type questions in four different areas of evaluation. The test is a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes in duration and consists of 80 scored questions. The GMAT 2019 exam pattern is given below.

The unofficial score report for the GMAT 2019 exam is available to the candidate immediately after completion of the test. This score report includes the Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, Integrated Reasoning and total scores.
The official GMAT score report is available online to the candidate generally within 20 days following the test day. Scores for the GMAT are calculated on a 200-800 point scale with 10 point increments. This total score comprises the cumulative scaled score of the Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning sections. The scores for the Integrated Reasoning and the Analytical Writing Assessment are calculated and reported separately on the GMAT score report.

Now coming to your next question, there is a vast difference between MBA abroad and MBA in India. Firstly you will need to posess a good GRE or GMAT score as well as a 2-3 year work experience to be able to pursue MBA abroad while in India you have to just qualify entrance examination followed by group discussion and interview. Next, the cost of studying is much higher in abroad and inspire of attaining exposure, there is no surety whether you will get placement or not in case of abroad. In India you might not get enough exposure but there is a high chance of getting place and the cost of studying is also lower as compared to abroad.
There is no particular cut off for the admission in Tezpur University. The cut off varies by various factors every year. The candidates with 50% and above in the UG are eligible to apply for the college. The performance in CAT, MAT and XAT examinations will be considered for allocation of seats. The candidates with good scores in the above mentioned examinations will be called for PI and WAT rounds before the seats allocation.
The required cut off for the Tezpur University cannot be determined accurately until the university releases an official cut off marks. The candidates with minimum of 50% and above score will be eligible to apply for this college.
