About MHT CET 2023
MHT CET 2023 – The CET Cell Maharashtra has released the MHT CET 2023 answer key on May 26 at the official website. Candidates can check their answer keys of MHT CET 2023 using roll number and password. The candidates who appeared in the exam can cross-check their answers. Candidates can also raise objections on the answer key from May 26 to 28. After the processes, the final answer key will be released by the Board and no changes or challenges will be accepted in the answer key. The final result of MHT CET will be announced by the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell. The authorities will announce the MHT CET 2023 result on June 12. The MHT CET 2023 PCM exam was conducted from May 15 to 20.
The merit list will be released and shortlisted candidates will be eligible for the MHT CET 2023 counselling process. MHT CET 2023 merit list will be prepared based on obtained marks by the candidates in the entrance exam.

What is MHT CET Exam?
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is a state-level exam conducted every year for admission in B.E, B.Tech, and B.Pharm courses. These courses are offered by Government and Private institutions across different states of India. The candidates of their states are also eligible to appear for the MHT CET 2023 exam. As per the statistics, 4,14,968 candidates appeared for the MHT CET 2023 exam. However, 11 students scored 100 percentile in PCM, whereas, 17 candidates secured perfect scores in PCB.
Candidates were allowed to submit the MHT CET 2023 application form with a late fine till April 15. The registration of MHT CET 2023 commenced on March 08. The eligible candidates could apply for MHT CET 2023 registration at cetcell.mahacet.org. The application form of MHT CET 2023 was accepted in online mode only. MHT CET allow candidates to get admission to degree courses in Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, and Pharm.D for Academic Year 2023-24.
Before submitting MHT CET 2023 application form candidates should check the eligibility criteria of MHT CET 2023 carefully. The CET Cell has released the eligibility criteria for MHT CET 2023 on the official website. The eligible candidates could apply for the exam. Candidates were advised to check the MHT CET eligibility criteria 2023 for admission before applying. MHT CET Eligibility Criteria 2023
Nationality: The candidate must be a national citizen of India.
Age Limit: There is no age limit to appear for MHT CET 2023
Qualifying Exam:
Candidates must have passed HSC or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized University.
Students who are appearing for their class 12 or equivalent are also eligible to apply. Diploma holders are also eligible.
B.Sc degree holders with Maths in class 12th are also eligible to apply for MHT CET 2023
Subjects: Candidates must complete class 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects.
MHT CET 2023 Eligibility Criteria - Maharashtra State
A Candidate can claim only one Maharashtra State Candidature Type i.e. from Type A to E.
Type A: Candidates who have passed SSC and also HSC or Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor of Science Examination from a recognized institution in Maharashtra State. Or A candidate who is either Domicile of Maharashtra and/ or is born in Maharashtra.
Type B: A candidate who does not belong to Type-A above, but has a Father or Mother who is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra and possesses a Domicile Certificate.
Type C: Candidates who do not fall in Type A or Type B but their mother or father is a Government of India or Government of India Undertaking employee. Either of the parents should be posted in Maharashtra before the deadline for MHT CET CAP application submission (which means the counselling application form)
Type D: Candidates who do not fall under any above-mentioned types but has a Father or Mother who is an employee or retired employee of the Government of Maharashtra or Government of Maharashtra Undertaking.
Type E: Candidates who have passed SSC and/or HSC Examination from a recognized institution located in a disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area and whose Mother tongue is Marathi.

The authorities closed the MHT CET 2023 correction facility from April 26. Candidates could also make changes to their subject groups on April 26 itself. Steps to fill MHT CET 2023 application form
Candidates who are interested to apply for the MHT CET 2023 exam must follow the below steps and complete the MHT CET 2023 registration.
- Step 1: Registration - Candidates have to first register for MHT CET 2023. For registration, candidates will need to verify their mobile number and email Id by verifying the OTP. After verification, candidates have to enter their name, Father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, and gender along with creating a username and password.
- Step 2: Filling application form- After successful registration of MHT CET, candidates will have to log in to the candidate portal using the username and password. After log in to the candidates' panel, candidates have to add personal, educational, and communication details in the application form.
Step 3: Uploading Scanned Images - Candidates have to upload the scanned images of their photograph, signature, and PDF file of their photo ID proof as per the specifications provided by the authorities.

The MHT CET 2023 Cutoff will release after a few days after the exam result of MHT CET. The candidates have to qualify for the cutoff to get admission to the institutes. Mode of Counselling: Online
- The CET Cell MHT CET counselling 2023 will be conducted via online mode. The candidates who will successfully qualify for the MHT CET 2023 merit list will be eligible for MHT CET counselling and the admission process. The authorities will start the counselling process right after announcing the MHT CET 2023 result and merit list. Candidates will have to register for counselling within the scheduled dates. There will be two rounds of MHT CET counselling 2023 and one separate round for J&K and Ladakh candidates. The details will be shared on the website soon.

The Online registration and confirmation of application form with a late fee of Rs. 500 for MHT CET was from April 16 to May 11, 2022. If you have missed filling the form then you will have to wait till next year. You cannot fill out the application form now. The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has concluded the MHT CET 2022 application process. The exam authority has announced the revised MHT CET 2022 exam date at cetcell.mahacet.org.Maharashtra CET 2022 exam dates for the PCM group are August 5 to 11 and for PCB group, the exam will be held from August 12 to 20.
Hi, Im not getting any provision to cancel CET registration. Can you please guide me. There was a mistake in the application form and wanted to correct that. As per FAQs, it seems Ill have to cancel existing form and apply fresh.

Till now CET cell has not released any information about correction window and now application form cannot be edited if it is submitted along with the payment of application fee. Also you cannot cancel your application once it is submitted so what I would recommend you is just fill-up a new application form with another phone number and e-mail ID that you have not mentioned in the current MHT CET application form.
MHTCET 2022 application process has been started on February 10th and will continues till March 31st 2022 without late fee and with late fee, you can apply from April 1st 2022 to April 7th 2022.

You can follow the complete application process as described below :-
- You have to fill the registration form very firstly by visiting to the above mentioned official website.
- To register, you will have to enter your basic details such as your name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
- Then after you will also be required to create a username (4 to 15 characters) and password (8 to 20 characters).
- Now the registered candidates will have to visit the MHT CET home page and required to login using their username and password created in the third step.
- Now coming to the last part, you are required to enter your preferences in the MHT CET application form 2022 for exam day like language of exam, exam centers, etc.
- Then you have to proceed for uploading of images in the prescribed format :-
