Questions related to NPAT
In Nmims college does we have to give npat for opting bcom honours field???
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing great....!!!
Yes, you have to give NPAT for opting for Bcom (Hons.)
The admission for B.com Hons is based on the admission test NPAT conducted by NMIMS. As per the eligibility, you should have a minimum of 50% in 10+2 in class 12th.
It's a good college for Bcom(Hons). The teachers are good, helpful, and always responsive. The course structure is also good with a good blend of financial, accounting, and theoretical subjects. Various activities are happening the whole year to keep you refreshed.
I hope this information helps you!
All the best:)
i have a npat merit number of 3400 i got selected to apply for NMIMS banglore do i have a chance of getting a seat
Hello aspirant,
Firstly, congratulations on your result!
You have a pretty good rank. Now whether you'll be able to bag a seat is very tough to predict. There is no standard cut-off set by NMIMS. The scenario varies every year. It all depends on which campus you're applying to and the respective branch.
Usually, most candidates opt for Mumbai and Bangalore campuses. So the competition is fierce. I however suggest applying, for the same and hope for the best.
To access previous years cut off ranks access the link below:
https://www.careers360.com/exams/npat
I hope this information helps!
Thank you!
What is the NPAT cut off to make it into Sarla Anil Modi School of Economics?
It is highly unlikely to predict the cut-off as of now as no previous cut-off rankings are available online. Also, NMIMS holds the sole discretion of the cut-off ranks. Hence, No assurance regarding cut-offs can be given as of now.
A rank less than 300 should work in your favor. The better you score, the higher your chance of getting a seat. Because in the end candidates who have a better rank will be alloted their preference which will decrease the chance of other candidates.
Please access the link below for NPAT 2021 important dates and events.
https://www.careers360.com/exams/npat/amp
I hope this helps!
Thank you!
what branches will I get in NMIMS with NPAT merit of 734?
Hello Candidate,
Depends on which all streams have you applied to. It shouldn't be tough to get into NMIMS BBA. You'll get Mumbai easily since they have around 480 seats and any other city too since the schools there have recently been started. Also you'll get seats in engineering in Shirpur for almost any stream that you desire.
For Mumbai, I'm not very sure. It might be tough to get into fields which attract a lot of students like CS. However, probably you'll get in easily in the 2nd list there too. Have no knowledge when it comes to architecture or law.
All The Best,
I got selected for MBtech IT Shirpur for Mukesh Patel school of tech, management, and engineering. Ive applied for an up-gradation for Mumbai campus for the same course. My rank was 2216. What r the chances for me getting the up-gradation.
In Mukesh Patel Institute of Management and engineering there is nothing like cut off rank for upgradation. However it totally depends on how many people actually give the exam seriously to secure an admission in this college. It is all dependent upon students response to the college.
A lot of people just give the exam for a backup admission eg. the IIT, NIT students and thus do not end up taking the seat.
As you already know that If the top ranker choose to go to in CS and IT that to MBAtech then ur one seat is lost . Not everyone opts the college or the branch .
For Mumbai campus:-
To get an rough idea if your rank is under 600 you would easily get the MBATECH CS '. It also depends on the department , to my information rank 3000 was upgraded in civil department. It depends which branch you are opting and number of students interested in it .
For shirpur campus :-
You should be around 3500 and you have a good chance you may get MBATECH CS. Rank 2000 is confirmed in this zone.
Hope you get selected.
