Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT)

SUAT 2023: Sharda University, Greater Noida will conduct the Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT) 2023. It is a single platform Admission Test for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes offered at SU. The SUAT is a computer-based test. The SUAT application form window for the entrance test has been opened on the university's official website - suat.sharda.ac.in. Candidates can fill the SUAT 2023 application form in online mode only. In order to complete the application process of SUAT 2023, applicants have to pay an application fee of Rs 1500 for males and Rs 1000 for females.

Before filling the SUAT application form, aspirants need to check the SU programme eligibility criteria which as prescribed by the University. After the conclusion of SUAT 2023, authorities will release its result in online mode. Those who have appeared for JEE main, UPSEE, CLAT, LSAT, NATA, NEET, CAT, XAT, and MAT and meet the required cutoff are exempted from SUAT entrance test. What is SUAT? 

Sharda University Admission Test is conducted by Sharda University for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. SUAT is a single admission test for different UG and PG programmes. SUAT offers various courses such as BTech, BCA, MCA, BTech + MBA integrated, BTech + MTech integrated, BBA, BCom, BBA + MBA integrated, MBA, etc.

SUAT B. Tech Eligibility Criteria

The SUAT eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Technology course is the minimum academic qualifications, minimum percentage and other necessary requirements required for admission to Sharda University. Applicants who wish to appear for the SUAT 2022 examination can check the B.Tech eligibility criteria here before they start filling their application form.

• Applicants should have passed Matriculation with-60% marks, Sr. Secondary (10+2) 70% marks (Aggregate) & minimum 60% marks in PCM, Computer Science/ PCB for Biotechnology without gap between 10th and 12th.
• Applicants should have minimum 50% marks in Maths

SUAT M. Tech Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for Master of Technology course is the minimum academic qualifications, minimum percentage and other necessary requirements required for admission to Sharda University. M.Tech. (Biotech) (Animal Biotechnology, Plant Biotechnology, Green Technology, Genetic Engineering, Bio-Engineering, and Bio-Informatics)

• Applicants must have a B.Tech. degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engg., B.Pharma with minimum 60% marks.
• Applicants with M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Physiology, Life Sciences (Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medicinal Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks.

M.Tech. (Civil Engineering) (Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical Engineering)

• Applicants must have a B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engg. with minimum 60% marks.
• Applicants must have a B.E/B.Tech. in Civil Engg./Env. Engg./Chemical Engg./Energy & Env. with minimum 60% marks.
• Applicants with M.Sc. in Environment with a minimum of 60%.

M.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering) (Computer Networking, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Data Science)

• Applicants must have a B.Tech. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation and Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks.
• Applicants must have a MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Sc.) with minimum 60% marks.

M.Tech. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) (Instrumentation & Control, Industrial Automation, Power System Engineering)

• Applicants must have a B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics, E&C, E&E, E&I, E&TC with minimum 60% marks.
• Applicants with M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics with minimum 60% marks.

M.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) (Digital Communication, VLSI Technology, Microwave Technology)

• Applicants must have a B.Tech./B.E in Electronics, E&C, E&E, E&I, E&TC with minimum 60% marks.
• Applicants with M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics with minimum 60% marks.

M.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) (Machine Design, Thermal & Fluid Engineering, Production & Industrial Engineering)

• Applicants must have a B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc.(Engg.) in Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, Electrical, Metallurgy, Materials Technology & Civil Engg. with minimum 60% marks.

Not e: GATE/NET Qualified students shall be preferred

SUAT M.B.A Eligibility Criteria

SUAT M.C.A. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for Master of Computer Application course is the minimum academic qualifications, minimum percentage and other necessary requirements required for admission to Sharda University. • Applicants must have completed BCA/ B.Sc. with minimum 50% marks.
• Applicant must have studied Mathematics at graduation or Sr. Secondary level.

How to fill SUAT Application Form 2023  

Step 1 - Visit the official website of the SU -  suat.sharda.ac.in.

Step 2 - Confirm SU Programme/ Specialization, generate your System ID

Step 3 - Click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab to register for the programme. 

Step 4 - Complete the registration process by entering additional details/Educational Details & Upload photo signature & Documents.

Step 5 - Proceed with the payment of the SUAT application fee.

Application Fees

The SUAT has different set of papers for different UG and PG disciplines. It is an Online Test conducted by Sharda University for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes like B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Tech + MBA integrated, B.Tech + M.Tech integrated, BBA, B.Com, BBA + MBA integrated, MBA, Journalism & Mass Communication & Design, Integrated Law, BA (Hons) & B.Sc in all disciplines.

Note : There is no negative marking in the SUAT exam.

Candidates wanting to take admission to Sharda University need to appear for SUAT entrance exam. The SUAT exam is conducted in online mode for different UG and PG programmes. Applicants appearing for the Sharda University Admission Test need should practice for the same to qualify the exam. To help applicants succeed in the SUAT 2023 the university provides sample question papers which the applicants can practice to improve their performance in the online examination. Sharda University will release SUAT 2023 admit card after slot booking as the exam is being conducted in computer-based mode. All the registered candidates could download their SUAT hall ticket 2023 from the official Sharda University website by using their login credentials like as User ID and Password. Without a SUAT 2023 admit card and one valid photo ID proof, candidates are not allowed to appear for the SUAT entrance test.

SUAT Slot Booking

Sharda University Admission Test slot booking is only applicable for SUAT 2023 exam. SUAT slot booking means to select an available exam date, time and center, as per candidates preference. It can done in online mode using candidates sign in credentials. Applicants have to appear for SUAT 2023 exam on the selected date, time and exam center. Only those candidates will be issued the SUAT admit card who have completed the slot booking process for the SUAT exam.

Note: Sharda University B.Arch, M.Arch, M.Sc & MPT - (Allied Health Sciences), M.Sc - (Nursing), PG Diploma and all Ph.D Programmes do not require candidates to appear for SUAT 2023.

How to download SUAT Admit Card 2023

• Visit the official website of Sharda University
• Click on the “SUAT Admission Test 2023” link
• Now "SUAT admit card 2023” link
• Now enter the User ID and password
• Download SUAT 2023 admit card.

The Sharda University Admission Test result 2023 will be available in online mode only. Candidates can access their SUAT result 2023 by using their login credentials. After the declaration of the SUAT 2023 result, those who get shortlisted need to participate in the SU selection process. the final SUAT result 2023 is communicated to applicants via email.

• Now click on the “SU Admission Test result 2023” link

• Enter the application ID and password

• Download SUAT 2023 result pdf and search for your name in it.

Candidates can check the steps given below to know the complete SUAT selection process 2023.

• Candidates have to fill the online registration form, where they will receive a mail from Sharda University containing booking link, user-id/system-id & password.
• Using the credentials, candidates will login and book their exam slot by selecting the following: Exam State, City, Centre, Test Date and Time Slot.
• Candidates have to reports at the centre on the selected date & time with a copy of the admit card (passport size photo affixed) and any Govt. issued photo-ID card.
• Verification of the candidate is done the test centre.
• Candidate appears for the exam at centre. 
• SUAT result will be sent to Sharda University after the exam cycle gets completed.
• Selected candidates will be called for Personal Interview (and Group Discussion - incase of MBA candidates) to university campus/ regional offices.
• Final result will communicated to the candidates via e-mail.
