Hi, I would like to know for PGDM admission. It has been mentioned as min 1 yr and max 4 yrs. Is it on the basis of clearing subjects?
Hello Kaustubh S, like MBA PGDM or post graduation diploma in management also has the duration of 2 years. There is nothing much difference in PGDM and MBA. These both are has the duration of Two years. But it is also upon the clearance of your paper.
Got 72% in 10th, 66.20% in 12th, 60% in grad so can i do mba/pgdm from top institutions like mba , xlri etc?
The top institutions for MBA are the IIMs. Unfortunately, besides the CAT score, all IIMs consider the academic history of a candidate to some extent. So, you have chances, but not much. You will have to score really well in the CAT.
You have good chances at XLRI Jamshedpur. Also, you have good chances for other top colleges like FMS Delhi, provided that you score well in the entrance exams. Good luck!

Hi B Sarayu,
To get into National Institute of Technology, warangal you can either give MAT or CAT exam. College offers 2 years course of MBA program. For Mat exam you need to score at least above 600 or 70 percentile or above in the CAT exam to get an admission in the college. Yes placements are good in the campus. The average package is approx. 8.6 lacs and highest package is approx 39 lacs. The overall campus is good in terms placement, faculty and infrastructure.
Wish you good luck.

ITM, Navi Mumbai is a very good colleges which accepts MAT score. It has 4 campuses but Navi Mumbai is the best. The college provides 100% placement with an average placement of 6 lakhs. A lot of companies recruit marketing students as compared to other fields.
Fee structure is a bit higher, but infrastructure is very good. Academics is also good. My own friends are currently persuing PGDM from ITM and I got very positive response from them.

Is jims rohini a good institute to pursue PGDM or should i drop another year (already drop 1yr.) and look for some other top institute?
If you can work hard and score more than 90percentle in CAT or MAT, I would suggest you to drop the year and prepare for the next year.
If you want to persue PGDM this year, JIMS, Rohini is a good college with good academics and decent placements. You can search for other colleges also, if your MAT score is good.
Most of the colleges have closed their admission process for 19-21 batch, so there are not much option left now. Take decision wisely.
All the best.
