On average 97.38 per cent of the students graduated out of the total enrolled in the top colleges offering the four years pharmacy undergraduate programme. Among the graduates, 55.62 per cent went for higher education and around 39 per cent got a job via campus placement.
Six states and union territories of India with the maximum number of management colleges ranked in the NIRF 2022 include Delhi, at fourth position with seven colleges. One of the core branches of engineering, Chemical Engineering has struggled with placements even at some of the top institutions in the country – including the IITs. In fact, the only engineering college in Careers360’s analysis to post a placement rate of 100 per cent for BTech in Chemical Engineering is a National Institute of Technology (NIT). At some colleges, the placement rate was below 60 per cent.
