    Preparation Tips

Begin Planning As Soon As Possible

    • Starting early preparation for NTSE allows you to plan ahead of time for the Class 9 and 10 curriculum. Also, instead of squandering your summers, attempt to acquire and comprehend the concepts of solving Mental Ability Problems (MAT). These are basic thinking exercises that can be undertaken in the summer without any prior understanding of the subject.

    Make A Smart Study Plan

    • It is critical to begin planning ahead of time for any exam. Plan your studies in Class 9 or throughout the summer and stick to it. You can ask help from teachers, friends, or family members in creating an NTSE study strategy. Aside from creating a study plan, it's also a good idea to obtain NTSE study materials.

    Regular Practice

    • The key to scoring well in NTSE is to practise on a regular basis. The more you practise, the more you'll learn about the subject. Use NTSE Sample Papers to help you understand the topics.
    • After studying each topic in Science, Mathematics, SST, and MAT, make short notes on essential formulas and concepts. To keep the short points fresh in your mind, review them right before the exam.
    • Solving previous year papers will help to construct better concepts and also help in managing the time using tricks and shortcuts to solve the questions.

Keep Track Of Your Progress And Analyze It

    • Many teachers and coaching institutes avoid discussing performance analysis since it is impossible to do so humanly. However, today's online platforms that provide exam preparation and practise, conduct extensive research provide proper analysis on students' learning.
    • Take care of your own health.
    • Stress, panic, and frustration are just a few of the emotions that every student feels right before a test. It is recommended that you keep your mind and body relaxed by eating well and getting enough rest. Get at least eight hours of sleep each night and exercise on a regular basis.

    Extra tips

The NTSE exam is conducted by NCERT so almost all the questions are from NCERT textbooks. Students need to strictly go through the NCERT textbooks of all subjects of Class 9 to 11. As it is an advanced level exam for the foundation batches students so the type of questions are from medium level to very high level of difficulty. Going through the NCERT textbooks and its exercises can help to get a better understanding of the concepts and will help to score more in the examination.
