If you want to know in English or Hindi language then you can prefer the material or books of CLAT preparation.
If you want organic chemistry books mainly for any entrance exams then I would prefer you to go through NCERT text books mainly for NEET and JEE. 90% of the syllabus is based on NCERT textbooks. If you wish to have extra books I've some recommendations for you:-

It takes time and dedication to fully understand the commerce subjects like accountancy, tax, audit in depth. You will have to spend more time studying compared to your fellow commerce students, but with proper efforts you can not only acquire in-depth knowledge but also gain an edge over others because you will have all the concepts fresh in mind.
So yes you can pursue BBA after Science because almost all universities accept science students for BBA/BMS course. Many colleges have entrance exams for admission into the course which will be easier for you given your science background.
You haven't mentioned the name of the exam about which you want to know whether physics portion is difficult or not, without knowing the name of the exam I cannot help you so do let me know it so that I can help you with relevant and detailed informations; but in case if you are asking about neet examination then yes portion is difficult, actually most of biology students don't like physics, the main reason for this is mathematics involved in understanding and solving problems so students do find physics section difficult. But with good preparation you can score well in physics, you should clear all your concepts and get practical knowledge of Subject and once you complete the whole syllabus of Physics for neet go through past year and mock test papers mock papers, these will help you to identify your areas of strength and weakness and you will know what kind of questions are supposed to be asked in the nda examGood luck.
