How long does it take to do CS and how many exams do you have to atempt?

Ashish pal Student Expert 21st Oct, 2019

Hello dear aspirant.

Computer science engineering is a very good branch in which you can progress as much as you want. In order to get a good college like IIT and nit you have to give JEE mains and advanced exam. For state level colleges you have to give state level entrance exam. More than few other private colleges conduct there own exam also like BITSAT etc.

Hope you get it.

Good luck

I am doing my 12th from telangana n my parents r from Karnataka permanent residents of bangalore . what is the eligibility criteria for me to get seat in Ms. rmc it is based on all India based counseling or separate I have to apply for admission. how I should go about it. please give the details.

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 21st Oct, 2019

Dear Hema, can you help us understand about which exam are you enquiring?  If this is about NEET and you want to try in MS Ramaiah Medical College, there are few things to be considered. If you have completed all your studies in Karnataka but are in Telangana only for Class 12th, then you have a domicile of Karnataka and then you can apply for this college under State Counselling. But if you have completed all your studies in Telangana, then you will have a domicile of Telangana and still can apply for Karnataka State NEET counselling because Karnataka is an open State. In this case, you can apply for Telangana State Counselling as well. Now the 3rd case is you did not study in Karnataka but your parents are permanent residents or natives of Karnataka and have studied in Karnataka. They should also have either Tulu or Kannada as their mother tongue.  In this case, you will have to take a language test to be eligible for Karnataka domicile.
