If you really want to be a doctor then let me tell you that it's really a good choice.
You need not to worry that much, you just need to focus on your studies and get prepared for entrance exam of Neet level. Once you qualify it they will train you in their own way.

As you are saying that you are a haemophobic then let me tell you that medical field is really going to be very tricky for you. You have to deal with injection, dissection and surgeries etc frequently.
Your practicals will be also based on the same thing.
But yes if you are still well determined to be a doctor then you have to clear Neet level exam so that things will turn a little easier.

yes you may apply for Maharastra CET exam. The basic eligibility criteria is Candidates must have a bachelors’ degree in any discipline from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks, and at least 45% in case of sc/ st candidates . Final year students can also apply. This exam is admission to MBA courses in different institutes.

As you are interested in changing college let me tell you that there is no such a facility available of college changing in UPTU. Even branch changing is also a very tough task there due to many rules and regulations.
If you give upsee 2020 and qualify it then also you can't change college. You can restart simply.
