in chemistry what chapters I should prepare to score 100+marks in neet 2020 and say how to prepare what books I should refer including ncert

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 3rd Jul, 2020

Chemistry is divided into Inorganic, Physical and Organic chemistry. For inorganic chemistry, you must refer to the NCERT.Coordination points get 9% of weightage. Thermidynamics takes the 8% and Equilibrium takes the 6% weightage slots respectively. Chemical Bonding and Organic structure carries the 5% weightage slot and rest of the topics carry 2-3% weightage in the exam paper.Chemical Bonding, Molecular structure, Solutions, Block Elements, Alcholos, Phenols and Ehters. Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic acids are important topics. Organic comprises of many reactions and reagents which can be practised by writing over and over again. Physical chemistry requires a comparatively deeper understanding of concepts, so preparing with the NCERT and referring to study material a level higher than NCERT should be the way to go. Is DC PANDAY book for neet 2021 is enough for Physics ? or whats your recommendation for good score in physics ?

pritamsingh5798 3rd Jul, 2020

Hey there

DC panday is written such that not everyone likes it. Basically there are various famous books for physics out of which HC Verma, dc panday and bm sharma books are among most famous books. HC Verma is very easily written and thus for beginners this book is best. DC panday if you are comfortable with this book then almost every concept is given so good for jee. Try previous year and practice papers too.

Good luck

which is best book for NEET/AIIMS in English??

Hrisheekesh Singh 3rd Jul, 2020

Hi Braj,

The best books to prepare for NEET in English are NCERT's of Physics, Chemistry and Biology of class 11th and 12th. First of all, read NCERT thoroughly because many times it is seen that the questions directly come from NCERT only.

Then, you should refer:-

  • MTG Publication - Physics
  • OP Tandan - Chemistry
  • Pradeep or Dinesh publication - Biology

Is June 2021 is the last FMGE exam?

anurag khanna 3rd Jul, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

FMGE stands for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination and it is conducted by National Board of Examination (NBE) twice a year. There are some rumors spreading across different social media platforms delivering that in 2021 last FMGE exam is going to be conducted bit there is no any chances for its termination and even there is no any official announcement made by authorities regarding this.

So if you want to appear in FMGE 2021 than start preparing for it and don't believe on such rumors until it is clarified by the authorities.

For more details about FMGE you should refer to the link given below :-

By increasing the covid 19 cases nta will decide to cancel neet exam or postpone to next year.

Shubham Dhane 3rd Jul, 2020

No it's not possible to cancel a national level examination like NEET and conduct it next year. The NEET 2020 will be conducted this year. HRD Minister is likely to make an announcement on the conduct of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET 2020) late evening today.  Keep an eye on the news for the latest information.

If neet exam conducts ,after counseling the college will open

Mayank Chowdhary 3rd Jul, 2020

Yes NEET exam will surely be conducted since a national level examination like NEET JEE cannot be cancelled. So yes NTA is about to make an announcement late evening today so stay tuned to the official website. And about the colleges, we can't really say. It depends on GOVERNMENT orders only and as far as Covid 19 doesn't come under control completely, they won't start. Because health of students future candidates come first anyhow.

Best wishes. Thank you.

will NEET exam postpone to may 2021

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 3rd Jul, 2020
It wont be that far. It will be conducted in 2020 only. The decision about NEET and JEE Mains 2020 will take a little sooner than expected.Because there are many factors that need to be considered. There might be Candidates who must have tested positive, who are in containment zones and there are also places where transport has also been suspended. Considering all these factors and taking a call on NEET and JEE Mains will take a while.Meanwhile the parents of Candidates who were supposed to be appearing for NEET 2020 from Middle Asia have filed a case in the Supreme Court to either postpone NEET or set up examination centres in the Middle East. But then MHRD and NTA did inform that conducting NEET abroad is not possible. And also parents have sent a request to the MHRD to postpone both NEET and JEE Mains keeping in mind the ongong hike in the Positive Corona Cases. The HRD also needs to consult the Health Ministry for taking a decision because it needs MCI's aproval to conduct the exams abroad for those Students who are NRIs.. So we still need to wait to hear from them.
