To be eligible for UGC NET for any subject , one needs to have passed Master's Degree in the concerned subject with 55% from a recognized University, there's relaxation for reserved category. PG Diplomas aren't considered equivalent to Master Degree Program nor it's a substitute for it.

One needs to have qualified BEd or DEd apart from 10+2/graduation passed to be eligible for CTET Paper 1(Primary Stage).

If you have done any of these teacher's training program, then only you're eligible.

Be thorough with the syllabus, you can take a print out and keep beside your study table.

Make a timetable, devote time to subjects accordingly.

Solve Previous Year Question Papers, Mock Tests and Test Series

Analyze and evaluate your strength as well as the areas you need to work on further and proceed accordingly.

Read only one or maximum two books(if only required) for each subject, one doesn't have to study various books for one subject. This is one of the most important rule to crack any exam, make your resources limited but study thoroughly,

Read any newspaper The Hindu or The Indian Express, not just to be updated with current affairs, but it will also help in English Section, and specifically for this, focus on Editorial part.

The CTET exam is conducted for employing primary teachers i.e. from class 1 to 5 and elementary teachers i.e. from class 6 to 8.

Going by the information which you have said, for paper 1 you are eligible as out of the 5 eligibility criterias you have to fulfill one which says that you need to score atleast 45% or 50% in your higher secondary. For paper 2 i.e. elementary teacher, there are 6 eligibility criteria out of which you need to fulfill one. One of them says that you need to have a graduation certificate while the other says to have passed senior secondary with 50% which you have already fulfilled. There are other parameters as well such as A degree or diploma in teacher education which must be recognized by NCTE, in case of a Diploma or Degree in Special Education, the programs recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) will be considered and Candidates with D.ed (Special Education) will have to undergo an NCTE recognized 6-month special programme in elementary education.

As per NDA 2019 exam analysis,

Maths paper was easy in terms of difficulty level. Most candidates have found the difficulty level of Maths paper to be easy to moderate.

NDA exam analysis 2019 includes questions asked in each section, topics and expected cutoff. According to previous year's exam analysis, Maths paper was moderate in terms of difficulty level while the GAT paper was moderate to difficult.

Many candidates found the Mathematics to be easy as compared to GAT.

MATHS - Questions in this section are asked from Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics & Probability, Calculus, Matrices and Determinants, etc. As per the exam analysis, questions asked in this section was easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level.

ENGLISH- This paper carries 150 questions. Total marks allotted for this section is 600 marks. Last year, the overall difficulty of the GAT section was moderate to difficult.
