Do students get eliminated after group discussion or after both group discussion and personal interview for mba admission?

Apoorva Student Expert 19th Oct, 2019

Hello dear student,

To be very honest it totally depends upon the company for which you are appearing. It depends upon how they are conducting the exam sometime they take personal interview group discussion and aptitude test simultaneously and after that they decide which students they want to take in which students they want to send for the for a panel interview in some companies after every round students are being eliminated and only the deserving once are send fir further rounds . I hope this was helpful

Apoorva Student Expert 19th Oct, 2019

Hello dear student,

Please Don't worry you have sufficient time to study.  just focus on ncert to obtain good marks . Dear student you don't have to worry about the exam is coming take it positively and start preparing take chapters of topics prepare them and then try to solve MCQs based on those topics I would suggest you to continuously solved MCQs as many you can and then also solved previous year question papers because that will help you to get marks and it will help you to understand what are the type of question that is being asked in examination. I hope this is helpful to you.

SIR, IF I GET 68% IN 10th STANDARD AND I GOT 50.4% IN 12th IN SCIENCE STREAM AND I GOT 65% IN GRADUATION WILL I ELIGIBLE FOR CALL FROM IIM OR NOT.

_Abhishek_Vatsya Student Expert 19th Oct, 2019

Hey!There

As per as IIM admission criteria, candidate must have done their bachelor degree with at least 50% marks(for general category students) and 46% marks( for SC,ST and other backward section)..Those candidates who are pursuing bachelor degree can also apply..Also it is important to know that each IIM has different criteria for admission. But their selection process is common that is CAT EXAMINATION.But MANY IIMS give maximum weightage to CAT score and personal interview. In the final selection factors like work experience, gender diversity, post academic performance etc.matters..

I hope this will be helpful to you..

Hii

You can appear for MAT exam. There is no mention of minimum percentage in graduation. Just you need to prepare well for exam. MAT is conducted four times a year. In case you qualify you need to prove the proof of passing the graduation.  For more detail chcek this link

can i go for bfm if i dont have math in 12?

Ronak Gala Student Expert 19th Oct, 2019

Yes you can do BFM course even if you are a non maths student but it is your choice if you will be able to study as you will be having maths subjects in the course as it is bachelors in Financial Management.
The subjects in the course related to maths will be Corporate Finance 1 & 2, Financial Services, CRM in financial services, risk management etc.
If you can study maths in your graduation then opt for BFM Course.

Best wishes. Thank you.
