Hello student you can pursue normal graduation like bachelor in arts and start preparing for upsc from now. Or elseyou can pursues job oriented course like B.tech BCA and then after completing your graduation you can go for upsc preparing.
For upsc candidates must have a Bachelor's degrees in any of the discipline.

Photo specifications for viteee online application form is that Size of the photo should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM in .jpeg or .jpg format. Selfie photo will not be allowed.

No , 60% is not required to be eligible for sbi po as there's no percentage barrier to be eligible for sbi po. Candidates just must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government to be eligible for sbi po.

As per NEET PG 2020 Eligibility Criteria,

candidate must have provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or a State Medical Council. that is to be carried on the day of the exam and during admission.


So, having a provisional certificate is also applicable.


In addition to the above criteria, candidates needs to have a valid MBBS degree from an institution recognized by MCI and have a degree or provisional certificate.Also, it's mandatory to have completed rotatory internship on or before 31st March, 2020.
