Dear Vivek, if you are not able to change your Id proof, we would suggest you to leave it that way unedited. But on the day of exam, do also carry your Aadhar card along with you so that in case you are told that the 10th admit card is not acceptable, you will have Aadhar card as your back up Identity card. This way, you will not have any issues validating your identification and then entering the exam hall.
Dear Sudipta, NTA hasn't released any official notification regarding NEET 2020 yet. However it has released an official schedule. From 2020. the admission to AIIMS and JIPMER also will be through NEET scores. So NEET will be conducted for approximately 1,10,000 MBBS seats in Medical Colleges across India.

Dear Balu, you cannot check if the photo is correct once you submit the application form. If there is any discrepancy in the photo uploaded, NTA will send you a notification at your Registered Email and Mobile number asking you to rectify the error. If you did not receive any such notification, consider your photo to have met the said guidelines. Now regarding the application form, NTA has opened its correction window and you can login to the official website with your login credentials, go through your application form, make corrections if necessary and submit the form after saving the changes.
